the stay was good i was provided all the necessary things I was needing water cutlery extra blanket, the view was good they also gave me the room i was looking forward to stay in after I booked the stay . the staff was good and very polite

Good property ,location was great , peaceful, great stay , clean rooms & had proper hot water supply.

Rooms are very comfortable, clean. Outside area of room are the best part to chill out with family. Swimming pool is clean. Overall i love the place.

- rooms need to be cleaner, blankets need to be washed. Try to provide a hot water kettle bathroom needs to be cleaner. Not good if you want a quiet stay. Basically for receptions and parties

Loved the stay . I did stay for 7 days there and it was a good experience. The lawn and pool area is beautiful

unprofessional and careless staff and no hospitality or concern for guest as in the premises their was a slippery area which was supposed to be blocked for guest to move from there but the staff was least bothered to cover it and I very badly slipped and broke my right arm and got fracture in the hand all because of the reception staff

Its hotel just for namesake, apart from the reception and entrance there is no feel like a hotel, no lift, there was only a fridge and cupboard in the room and no other accessories, you will not get any ola uber from this place unless its cancel-led 3 to 4 times and breakfast is the worst part u'll get only a tea, a banana or a poha for breakfast, altogether if make my trip has to maintain its reputation for good hotels then they should not list this property.

Very poor staff service and hospitality in this property i happened to fell in hotel premises in a slippery area which was not blocked by hotel by anyways and after i fall no one bothered to get me a first aid kit as they didn't had one being such a big property and after much of requesting they bought one spray which also they charged after being accident in their hotel premises. Room service is the worst part in this property and each one is treating u as f they are doing favour on your room as average with no telecom service i had a horrible night in this property and almost about to loose my right hand which is now fracture and in-hold this property responsible for the same as if the place as slippery they should have tied some restriction board over there which they did after my incident

Extremely terrible and pathetic experience, no hygiene, rude staff, unprofessional management, poor service, poor quality food, i being a member in this club the whole staff behaved as if they are doing some favour on me when i ordered food or asked for any needful, the most horrible experience one can ever have. If you want to burn your money then you are welcomed here. I would spend thrice the amount to stay in 5 star property but will never visit this place ever again. Blue roof club is the worst.

We discovered this property on mmt, but our experience was underwhelming. Although the property is spacious, it lacks proper maintenance. Our room was dirty, and the breakfast was the worst part. Given the price, it's not worth considering. We wouldn't recommend this property to anyone.

The stay was satisfactory. The place has facilities like pool, gym, restaurant within the accommodation premise.

Sir, we reached at blue star hotel there employees has not given proper response. Watchman has opened gate after 20minutes, we got room very late after one hour.
