The food was delicious. During my stay they gave complimentary ice cream each day after dinner. Staff was very polite. overall it was a nice and comfy stay.

Very disappointed with my stay. Rainwater was leaking into the room, making it uncomfortable... my mattress became wet... even cattle also dirty...

I don't have any complaints regarding my Hotel Stay at Hotel Pearl Residency, Thane. The staff was very cooperative. Food quality was also good. But definitely I would like to mention that it's not good to stay there if you are planning to stay with family & kids. The Hotel is located in between the slum area & scrap material Godown. No doubt the main approach road is just 100mtrs away, but then also the inside road approaching the Hotel is a little bit terrific. If you are travelling with family you should see that you should reach before 10:00 pm & should book ola or uber to reach the hotel instead of private auto. So that's your last location will get tracked in case of any unfortunate incident that you may come across.

No restaurant. cleaning is good. staffs were good. location is also good. access to nearby good restaurants.

Hotel location and ambience is Good, The staff is very polite and helpful, The complimentary breakfast got delayed by 15 minutes. Otherwise no problem.

We reserved a couple room for outfit changes during a nearby wedding after inquiring with the hotel, but they did not follow up. We booked through mm t for rs 4000 and checked in at 1 pm, checking out at 3:30 pm. However, they charged us an extra rs 1800 and restricted our group size despite explaining our needs. The service was disappointing, the staff was rude, and the hotel location was subpar.
