There is no room service (intercom never works or nobody picks call), room ambience is not good. They didn’t provide basic thing like shampoo. No privacy, the corridor will be ON until 11 PM which we cannot switch off from inside.

The garden was nice, but the room felt very underwhelming with almost no basic amenities—it looked quite empty. Even complimentary mineral water wasn’t provided. For a price of 3.5k+, I expected much more, but the overall experience was very basic

Had a pleasant stay at The Green Hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and delicious food, The property also has a lovely garden and enjoyed candle light dinner. Location was peaceful yet accessible. Truly a refreshing stay! Hope to visit again.

Food is good but rooms are not well maintained and quite old in structure and not well maintained.Even no additional services are provided in the room but the restaurant services are good and food is awesome

It was not a good experience. It’s overcharged, not worth for the amount which I have paid. I used to get very good A/c rooms in other good hotels with half of this rent, breakfast was worst, only upma and haalu porotta was available for breakfast and not neat as well, even small hotels we used to get many options, especially South Indian dishes.

Rooms were not clean,the floor was full of dust.No ac in the room and the heat was unbeareable in the room. Food was ok ok .Breakfast not much option. No toileteries provided like basic,shampoo. We had to shift our own luggages,no bell boy or house keeping staff. Food charges are very high nd taste and quantity poor.
