It was a very horrible and scary experience for me and my guests that we had to go and get them back. Not a secured place for families. Rooms were smelling bad with smoke. There was a lot of shouting and fighting with the staff and the visitor.

The hotel wasn’t clean & the washroom was pretty dirty. Especially, the water exit traps, the taps were rusted & the doors were pretty squeaky. The bedsheets weren’t clean enough and one would doubt the hygiene of the property.

There was no cleaning, it was promised to offer tea, coffee at time of arrival but nothing was like this food quality was poor and charges was high like 4 stars hotel. Room were so small. Completely mood was off

The room was good, neat n clean. The service is awesome. The hotel staffs are very good in behaviour. The foods are also fine.

5. Curtain is very dirty. Electric kettle pic is uploaded room size is like a mumbai chal. Tv was not working pic uploaded even water bottle for three person is chargeable.

Night manager was so arrogant. Kept us waiting outside hotel for long. After so many requests he gave us room but exploited us by asking extra money. Room service pathetic.

They are arrogant and cheaters i didn't have food luckily and nor will suggest anyone ever to visit this hyped place

Most pathetic place. Ac doesn't work as it is centralized, if the neighbour don't want ac then you will also have no ac working

Stay was good, service was good, i will visit again soon for my best exp. I will also recommend to my business colleagues.

Reception manager behaviour is not up to the mark even hygienic condition of the furniture is pathetic

Courteous staff, clean rooms, ease of check in. Good food. Has a good bar & restaurant. Overall comfortable stay.

I have not checked in to the hotel and billing is done on my behalf. Pols check and resolve with simple outstanding billing.

The room and bathroom are clean. The only issue is that the hotel management only gives one bottle of water complimentary after that they will charge 50 per bottle except this all other things are good.

Hotel restaurant is excellent food services. Room are clean overall nice stay. Hotel staff is little rude. Working restaurant staff is also neat and clean.

They are providing only one bottle of water and if we need additional then they are charging rs. 50 per bottle so this is not acceptable.

Food and room was average, food was not that safety staff is good. Rest all thing are good.
