It was a pleasant stay at royal holiday hotel, leh. View from our room was mesmerizing. Rooms are specious and cozy and the staffs are so welcoming. Food was delicious too.

Many things not right, no lift, no kettle, horrible towels, no room service except coffee and tea, overall if you want just go and sleep nothing else then it’s ok

Location near main market. Breakfast is good. Bed mattress in double bed was not comfortable and the bed sheets had stains. Other things were good

Regarding comfortable bed it depends from person to person, some prefer soft mattress, some prefer hard mattress, some prefer double bed while as some don't like double bed and request for twin beds. We prepare the beds as per our guests choice. If the guest don't complain about anything then it is assumed that guest is satisfied. Sir if you would have called our reception regarding your issues then it would have been resolved immediately. I really feel bad for the inconvenience caused to you, and apologise for it. The location of property is good and only half km from main market. Taxi, bikes, tour planner shops are near by. Food is good. Room heater is provided but sometimes it work, sometimes not. They only provide water bottles during check in. Other hotels provide it everyday. There was a delay also of half hr during check in. Breakfast is good. Poha, a loo paratha, tea, coffee, sandwich, omelette, puri etc. Electric water kettle was not given in rooms which is surprising as leh is very cold. But they arranged it after asking. Blanket was not cleaned which was replaced after complaint. There were two mattresses in double bed and there was gap between them and height difference which was very uncomfortable.

Poor facility, but good staff!

Room were not good as expected! The amount of money they are charging is so costly when you compare the facility provided by Hotel! No tissue paper in wash room. No internet connectivity (it was there but so much interruption). Hotel staff was very good, helping nature and kind.

familyLocation is good. The staff are very cooperative, helping. During my stay I noticed that, if hotel is packed with guests then the quality services improve, otherwise some of the facilities are deprived, like hot water in the early morning and central room warmer. However it is appreciated that other alternative help employed. Anyway it was nice stay.

Leh Marathon

Stayed at above hotel from 04-06 th and 07-10 th sept. Location is on Changspa Road which is ideal as it is walking distance to Leh Mkt, stupa and most of the good restaurants. Hotel rooms were good, stayed in room was better although both gave a view of Shanti stupa. Wi-Fi was available in room 24*7 but slow guess that’s everywhere in Leh. Hotel food was also OK and staff was courteous.

Good place to stay

The room I stayed in was comfortable with a nice view of the Shanti Stupa through the window. The hotel was thoughtful enough to provide some basic toiletries like toothbrush, comb, earned, nail file. The bathroom was clean with provision of both hot and cold water. I found the staff very helpful and friendly. The food was OK. No one will regret staying there.
