Rating wise 3 out of 5. On Entry got a damped room but later with the help of reception authority shifted to a room where less damp n smell observed. Staffs, floor boys, waiters behavior were good & presentable. Room size was satisfactory, food quality is OK. No service is expected in morning tea time. Parking facility is nicely managed & safe sequire. For family remarkably this hotel is very safe n secure. On exit floor boy support was not available. Room damp to be repaired is suggested to the management because damp smell won't your stay comfortable. Cleaning & other amenities was fantastic. Adults don't expect fun from swimming pool as it was made for children. Recommend to stay undoubtedly. Good management.

Wonderful stay at my Digha Mandarmmani trip,With swimming pool and buffet breakfast 🥞 just wow

The hotel was good ,staff 's behaviour was also good and polite..but pool water is not good for health and one more thing is wifi connection issue on 5th floor in Room no.506.. wash room not clean, avoid complementary breakfast not gd..... no coffee, no juice, not verities, food quality not good, not provide toilets, room also not good..... under construction also... swimming pool toooo short.......also not provide room tea coffee kettles...... no welcome drinks.....

As per your amenities, we did not get the service. Eg-Electric kettle,Dental kit,Newspaper,Mineral Water

Room is average and food quality is not good..Shower 🚿 was not working good No freezer was there..

The hotel room was good but the service and food experience was very poor, no food was available when you are ordering.

Worst management, they failed in every commitment, if, you have any queries, they play just passing game, the food quality is extremely poor, even i ordered dinner, after two hrs they said, food is not available
