the stay was really good. the staff was amazing. it was a beautiful stay and the indoor games section and pool were really good and clean and accessible. overall would recommend anyone to choose this hotel at malpe beach.

Horrible stay. Booked for multiple days. The trip got cancelled. The hotel does not even provide partial refund. Not even for a single day. We informed on the day of check in itself

Room 302 smelt of pesticides, poor AC, toilet door lock malfunctioning, white ants infestation on walls. Terrible.

Rooms need to be refurbished too old for the price

The property now becoming old with no renovations , the room allocated was pathetic with leaking/ flooding bathroom while the room allocated next day was stinking , with all loose fittings , after paying so much for 2day trip seems not justified also the food quality has drastically fallen from previous one

The stay was good and the staff were cooperative. Food at the hotel restaurant was a bit expensive during the lunch and dinner.

I recently stayed at this resort with high expectations, but my experience was somewhat underwhelming. While the location and overall ambience were pleasant, I genuinely expected the resort to be much cleaner and the staff to be more welcoming. Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of any hospitality experience, and unfortunately, several areas of the property—especially the common spaces and some parts of the rooms—seemed to need better maintenance and regular upkeep. The staff, though courteous at times, often appeared disinterested and lacked the warmth or attentiveness one would expect from a resort of this category. Simple gestures like greeting guests with a smile or offering proactive assistance were mostly missing, which affected the overall experience. On the positive side the location is wonderful with beach facing.

We had a wonderful time at the resort. The food was good, the room was clean and the hospitality was also good. Nice and good staff.

Location of the property was nice and the property was also maintained well. Only problem I had with restaurant and people serving in restaurant. Even I had to do argument for baby food. Otherwise overall it was good bit costly though i would say as per service.

Not worth the money spend on the resort. 1. Room interior is old and building not in good condition 2. Indoor games need renovations too 3. The only benefit is the location and view of Malpe beach 4. Breakfast options are quite good but taste could be better. 5. Overall hotel needs renovation, not worth the money paid

The resort is very poorly maintained. Rooms are shabby and most of the fixtures are super old. There is dampness and water marks in most of the places.Basic maintenance like cleaning the common areas, maintaining the fountain, swimming pool is not done). Only advantage is the beach access as it is right on the beach.

The property is in an excellent location — right at Malpe Beach — which is its best feature. However, it's not well-maintained, and you don't get the luxury feel you’d expect for the price. Also, the breakfast buffet falls short of expectations in terms of quality

Overall Bad service. Rooms were big but not properly cleaned All time some foul smell was there . Restaurant services were not good. Pool was not clean.

The value we got for what we paid is not absolutely worth. Damaged indoor gaming area. Poor hygiene swimming pool. Stinking at the parking area and lots of birds... Staff were good and only thing that was mostly good was their breakfast.

A very overrated and expensive resort. Apart from the location, there is nothing much to share. Very old and outdated property. The rooms are spacious, but need an upgrade.

Room was small but cozy. We could see the beautiful sunset by the malpe beach right opposite to this property. Breakfast spread served in the restaurant was good. Property is not maintained properly and looks pretty outdated. Probably the property owner(s) dont even care to renovate the property as there is no other competition there.

We enjoyed our stay at this resort. Although building is old required some maintenance but overall location and service is nice. Also there are couple of restaurants near by so you have good options for food. Major plus point is it’s in front of beach.

Very old property, there is dampness everywhere. No proper water supply in the washrooms. The receptionist didn’t know what is available in the hotel. Totally unsatisfactory. Images in Make my trip are very old. We were forced to stay there as the rates we paid in Make my trip were equal to 5Star hotel room and services were 0stars. The bed was just spring no cushion. It was as if we were sleeping on a rock with spring at the bottom. We seriously had the worst experience ever. Can never recommend this to anyone ever.

One of the highlights was the breakfast menu at the in-house restaurant. The spread was varied and delicious, catering to both local and continental tastes. Fresh fruits, hot South Indian delicacies, and made-to-order items made breakfast a perfect start to each day. The dining area’s sea-facing ambiance added to the experience. Overall, the combination of great location, courteous service, and good food makes Paradise Beach Resort an excellent choice for both relaxation and convenience. We would happily return and recommend it to friends and family.
