The facility promises for AC, TV, Intercom, WiFi but to my surprise When I visited there was no Fan, AC , TV was not recharged, No WiFi connection provided, the manager excuses that the cable recharge and WiFi recharge got over today only, further the room looks too dirty and the toilet were not clean, the manager told that the photo in MMT are old photos when building was newly constructed . I spent for the room but total loss of money and very bad experience. Please don’t book room here

The **staff was courteous, helpful, and quite responsive**, which was the highlight of the stay. However, the **property maintenance was disappointing**. The **room had visible moisture issues**, with a **damaged ceiling**, which made the stay uncomfortable. This is a serious concern for any guest expecting a clean and well-kept environment. Breakfast was included but **lacked variety**—a few more options could really enhance the experience, especially for travelers staying multiple days. Overall, **the staff tries their best**, but the **infrastructure needs urgent attention**. I hope the management addresses these issues soon to meet the expectations the hotel name promises.

Location, staff and cleanliness was good. Food can be improved a lot, not good breakfast options at all.

Room size is quite decent and spacious. Location is also accessible and can be connected to the near by market place

they have larger 300 sq ft rooms rooms were clean and comfortable. their restaurant has very limited options and food quality needs improvement.

Hygiene is not good, room has old infrastructure which is not comfortable. Wooden flooring is in poor condition have termite here and there.

Nice location, lots of space and comfortable stay

This hotel is situated in Laitumukhrah in Shillong which is just next to well known Bethany Hospital, Shillong. The hotel is about 3Kms from the city center but well connected by yellow cabs which take Rs.10 on sharing and Rs.100 for whole cab to drop you to city center and the service is available regularly until 10pm at night. The rooms are big and have all amenities, what you need , you get a fridge in your room, a heater, a gyser TV and good bed to sleep. The hotel is clean, the service is good, staffs are well behaved. So I rate this hotel as value of money. And also if you do not want to stay in crowded place where in morning when you get down you see a running market with crowd people and lots buses and taxi calling people its best place to choose in the city.

Clean and spacious rooms Breakfast was buffet was unlimited with lot of choices. Bathroom was clean.

The staffs are very nice and have a smiling face all the time, the hostel is very clean as well.

Charged unnecessarily for extra bed

Receptionist was high when we check in the hotel, he took some kind of drug. Whenever we saw him, he was high.

It was good stay. Room were cleaned. But the food was horrible and breakfast was not good. It was also terrible. The room is nice and cleaned but the was not good.

Stay was OK type. Food wasn't good less variety.

Good facilities in basics, clean and well maintained rooms, good hospitality.

I faced an issue with the switch. My wife and I got electric shocks from the shower the knobs.

Service is very late. Everything like water bottle is also chargeable.
