Well maintained hotel staffs are well behaved and trained food is good but composition of food items needs to improve room service is quite good hotels just needs to ask travellers for any welcome drink at arrival as other hotels, it's may be optional, but will improve service level.

Nice location at the centre of the city. The market is near the hotel. Scenic view from the room and hills can be seen loaded with ice. Good food options available in restaurant.

Decent hotel, with good facilities. We got upgraded to a super deluxe room, which was very spacious. Hot water was available between 7 am to 10 am and again during 7 pm to 10 pm. The property is walkable from leh market, it takes about 15-20 mins.

Good hotel and staff, service and food also nice

We had booked our stay for one day and loved the room. It was really spacious and clean. The best part was that the hotel had the facility of 24 * 7 hot water, which was a saviour in the cold weather. A lot of hotels in ladakh provide hot water based only on solar heaters. When we checked in there was an issue with our door lock but the housekeeping made sure to fix it dedicatedly. The staff is also courteous and the food options are good too. The breakfast spread is also really nice. Definitely stay here for a good time.

Property seemed newly constructed but housekeeping services could have been better. Breakfast & meals had limited items in menu. Hotel needs trained staff.

We stayed twice here, first two nights for acclimatisation and one night during return. Both the times the experience was exceptional. Staff are very cordial, respectful and courteous. Front desk was very efficiently managed. Check-in and chexk-out was hassle free. Their super deluxe rooms are worth it. Food and dining experience was very memorable, the staff managing the restaurant were super polite and helpful.
