Ladakh Eco Resort

Everything was amazing at this resort - from staff to food to cleanliness and amenities. I am so glad I chose to stay the Ladakh Eco Resort. Norbu was so cooperative when the city went on a strike and also helped us plan the itinerary. I would 10/10 recommend his stay for next time! It felt like home

Amazing and beautiful property, it's a relaxing place and also the staff is very supportive. It's a great place to relax far from the city's hustle bustle yet very near by

The rooms were nice .. it’s located a lil far off from the leh market .. the food standards are bad ... It’s a rat infested property ... we found three rats in the room allocated to us ... then they shifted us to another room which again had rats....

Pretty resort in a very quiet and offbeat location. No shops or bustle nearby, go if you want to cut off and relax!

Amazing landscape and maintenance, scope to improve the services. Had to remind staff multiple times to get food. Front staff was a rude as well, while checking in at 6-7pm then they were adamantly reminding us to check out before 9am next day. Weird. Other than staff, everything was prefect.

The nature was excellent the food good and the room is very good. There is really nothing that can give this resort less than 5 stars

I had an excellent stay at this property. The front desk manager in the morning ( can't remember her name) was very welcoming. Our room got upgraded to a suite. The food in the property was prepared with organic vegetables grown within the premises. The rooms were beautiful. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

Very bad and poor quality of staff. Extremely poor service. I was not well and despite telling them multiple times, no one was bothered to provide food on time. Pathetic. There is hardly anyone applies brain and they are totally lost. Pls avoid stay here

We had a good stay at this resort. We were warmly welcomed by the staff and manager (richa. The property is well maintained, house keeping staff are really good and well behaved. There's room for improvements though especially in food and prompt behaviour while noting any request, like we expect from a well-trained staff of 3-5 star hotels.

The property is very well located but the food is average with very limited options especially when it comes to breakfast.

The hotel is located a little away from the city so it is perfect with scenic views but the food quality and variety is average. The breakfast spread is very limited so including breakfast with room could be a mistake

Enjoyed our stay to the fullest) food was yummy & large variety. Rooms were beautiful & view was mesmerising.
