I had my booking done for kel2 which was confirmed and paid - but after checking in and stepping out for a while - i get a call from property stating that i would have to shift as they had another booking made for kel2 (same as mine) - my vacation was for a day and i spent my time having discussions with property manager - who was not kind. The staff is really good.
