Kallat British Resort

1) Resort is not well maintained. The room was very dirty and the bedsheets were not clean. The photos of the villa they showed in the website is not the current state. 2) Wash basin is clogged and we weren’t able to wash our hands in properly. There were no maintenance team at the moment and the security guy came and did nothing. 3)During night time, there were no lighting within the villa area, it was very difficult for us to reach the resort during night time. 4) When we went to the pool, the water was dirty. It was not well maintained. 5) Only the positive thing was the breakfast. It was actually good

One of the best resort in waynand...The scenic view of the resort is mesmerizing ..You don't need to go out the resort ..The food was awesome and so tastefull you will not forget the taste for two days.Thr staff was very helpful and humble.Everytime they are available for help.The stay was unforgetful.

first of all I really don't understand what is British about this resort. Not at all maintained. the first villa they gave had the closet shaking and I felt I would fall off. the pool was not accessible. the breakfast was very limited. no intercom connection to call someone for help and the WiFi was just namesake 😡 Summary - Not at all worth the money they are charging

It was a very good and unique experience and the stay was very good. The staff was very polite to us

untidy Rooms, bathroom, pool. No maintenance, bathroom lights were not working. Pillows and blanket was not clean.

The staff was good but i paid extra for the breakfast and they could not serve in simple coffee in buffet breakfast

The location in this resort is awesome. But the way to come here is little narrow. And little far from the main road. But no compromise with the scenic beauty here. The food they serve is good too. Before only you have give order though. Overall our experience in staying here was wonderful. The staffs are ready to help in anything you asked for.

The stay was good and moreover the hospitality was top notch. The scenic beauty is the one to look for. And not to mention the infinity pool was the highlight of the property.

The staff's warmth and attentiveness added an extra layer of comfort,. The resort's serene ambiance provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle, making it an idyllic haven for relaxation and rejuvenation. The infinity pool, though small, was an amazing experience. Me and my family cherished every moment spent there and left feeling invigorated, eagerly anticipating our next visit to this tranquil paradise.

Tv was not working from the day 1 after informing also they haven't done any actionand no room service, to inform also there is no phone inside house and no reception number and unnecessary money they have taken from us.

Terrible experience. We had booked the stay and it charged a bomb. The stay is very different in original compared to what is revealed in the pictures. 2 bhk villa is so cramped and there is no space. Food is very overpriced + the taste is horrible. I have visited kerala 6 times and this is the only time i had such a bad experience. (kerala os amazing. This resort was the issue)for extra bedding has mentioned we need to pay 800 more and the manager and team demanded us to pay 1600 per night. When we caught there slyness, the manager asked the staff to charge 800. Language issue: they only communicate in malayalam. They dont know or just avoid speaking in english, which is very common in kerala.

One of the worst resorts i have stayed. Please make sure you are not staying in villa no. 7, it does not have any power back up, no charging sockets in the rooms, dirty, spider web all around, tv not working, ac stopped working in the middle of the night, breakfast is bad, there is no intercom within the resort, if you have a villa there, then you should have a fridge in the rooms, every hotels have 1. Manager does not know anything about wayanad. And to top it all they dis not even clean the rooms while we were out for the day, we complained then only they came and cleaned. Its super far away from any place, so better not book it at all, it was one of the worst experiences we faced in this resort, if there was negative stars i would give that to this resort, management is very pathetic.

Property needs maintenance. Taps and switches are damaged at villa. Good staff and good mountain view.

It has been a pleasant stay. The best part of the resort its the view that it has. Chem-bra peak is clear visible from here. Food is good but bit expensive from normal market rates. Its around 4km from bus stop. Staff is patient and helpful.
