property is good but maintained really badly. they bugged me 4 times coming in room and pool because they did not got email of booking. The food was really bad and was 2 hours late. not at all recommended

Good service and staff members as well... but washroom related issues ( water, accessories etc.) were there.. although Good...

The experience was pathetic. No water supply at the hotel. Rooms were dirty and toilet were smelly. Swimming pool was dirty.

Terrible Experience – This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. There was absolutely no service — only two people were managing the entire property.. The actual room rate was around ₹999, but we were charged day for extremely substandard rooms and poor service. We struggled to get even a basic breakfast, as there was no cook or housekeeping staff available. It was an absolute nightmare, especially traveling with family. This was a terrible, terrible experience and a complete letdown. Avoid at all costs.

Hotel location is good room are new but it has staff shortage. There was only 2 guys for whole hotel. Pool water is not clean. Room services are terrible. It is good only if you wanna eat outside come to hotel and sleep.

The food served at your hotel was delightful, with a wide range of tasty options available on demand. Every meal we had was a treat, and the quality of the food exceeded our expectations. One of the highlights of our stay was the swimming pool. My kids had an absolute blast and spent hours enjoying the pool, which was clean and well-maintained. The swimming pool added an extra layer of fun to our stay and made our time at the hotel even more enjoyable. Even though Inspira Hotel is a relatively new property, it offers all the amenities one could ask for in a budget-friendly hotel. The combination of outstanding service, comfortable accommodations, and excellent facilities made our stay truly remarkable. My experience was poor as when we reached hotel, swimming pool was not operating and they took 24 hours to make it happen. Also, there was no water supply in washroom due to which we suffered. Phone extension was also not working in one of the room, hence for any assistance, we have to go to ground floor. With all these issues, we checked out 1 day before.
