The Urmi

The location was fine l though due to rainfall the road leading to the hotel was in bad shape. The rooms were good, however the air conditioning in both rooms were not proper & the air filter needed cleaning before it started to cool. We did not order the food so can't comment on that. Overall a decent stay.

Our stay at Urmi, Haridwar was seamless & comfortable. The ac rooms were neat and clean with hot water in geyser. The staff is cooperative and assisted with rickshaw and cab bookings. The food here is delicious and without onion and garlic which is just what we wanted.

Very pleasant stay. All the facilities were available as mentioned. No delay in check in. Good behavior of the hotel staff. No difficulties faced during my stay.

Food is amazing as well as the overall service. Location is in peaceful locality little away from main road. This was my second time at this property. Loved it again.

Place is decent, service is ultra responsive. I'm giving a 5 star for the resolution the team provides if we ask for a solution. Parking was outside the hotel, gaurd was supportive and sweet.

Good budget hotel, staff are courteous. With all basic aminities. Had great time here. Property is hardly 200 mtr away from rishikesh highway.

It was a good hotel and the staffs were also good and very helpful. They organised basic necessities like heater in our room and geyser in advance. Room and toilet were also clean. Also the location is good if you have your own vehicle bcoz hear ki pauri ghat is 5km away from the hotel. Overall experience was upto the mark.

My experience at hotel was not good, we reached at hotel around 1:30 and then we came down to have lunch but lunch was not available in hotel. We did arranged lunch from outside. Hi-tea experience was also not good and they just served tea and we saw that they are serving biscuits and other things with tea to others. Room was ok but towel was dirty as well. I'll not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location of the hotel is good, the rooms of the hotel are decent, not too big and not too small but the most unfortunate thing is that no good service for bathroom amenities. Bathroom towels are in very dirty condition. If you see their color then you will not clean your body. Bedsheets and coveralls are very dirty and with an odd smell. The room is full of small cockroaches. You will find many other good options in haridwar but you should not look towards this hotel.

Service was poor, ac was not working in the room, washrooms taps are not working properly, we booked a room for 2 people where they provided us a bed and mattress on the floor for the third person as a bed which was very terrible experience. Dish recharge was expired. Door lock was broken. Over all the experience was not good.
