Poor house keeping, dirty everywhere no cleaness dust on floor I do not want to suggest anyone stay their.

First of all according to price it is worthless. Staff behaviour for checkout is irritating.before checkout time i was reminding to clear..

It was not cleaned properly. Below avg. in hygiene

Hotel hi nahi bhosari ke fir rate kyu es per to fir hogi fraud hotel hain samajh nahi aata hain ki kitna fraud hai

I feel all of them behaviour is positive and good so i have decided all time i count it my best stay place

I checked in vrindavan hotel at 23. 00pm on 18th jean 2024. Person at reception was very rude. When i asked him about wifi not connecting in room then he rudely said change the room to another floor without western toilet. Room service was very poor.

Terrible room and bathrooms condition, location is also inside a narrow lane. Suggest not to stay here. Bathrooms is not usable.

Worth of money service is very bad room is very small and bed is very low quality all over is not certified

Hotel achha hai lekin room me koi charging point nahi hai bathroom ke pas doormate nahi hai sabase badi bat main e booking time me request kaya thai ki mai check in 8 baje rat teak karunga to kripaya check out dusare din 3 pm teak karane de lekin aapki policy ke karan vo nahi kar paye waise kul milakar hotel average thai but makemytrip ki policy galat hai.

Good location and everything is very well, low budget for students and employees were also good, it was good for me

Room was not proper cleaned staff was not coprativ no soap in room bed was not proper clean. And not given bill at the time of checkout

My stay experience at hotel vrindavan is very bad as there is no wi-fi, no drinking water etc

The dormitory was in the basement of the hotel building due to which it has no vantilation. It's also practically a non- ac dormitory because in the dormitory hall there was 25 beds but it has only two 1. 5 tonne ac. It costed rs. 400 per night which is somewhat costly in a tier-2 city like patna. It has only 3 attached lavatory and bathroom. The size of each bathroom is so small that you can't take bath without touching lavatory seat. Hotel staffs also take rest in the same dormitory hall. It's possible that when you are outside for some work, a hotel staff might be taking rest at your bed.

Good hotel and service faculty is also good this hotel in pata na is good around low budget

The room provided by hotel was in very bad condition. Not cleaned, not furnished. I had booked for two individuals but room provided was single bed only. Price of water bottle was 20 rupees and money taken by hotel was 25 rupees plus gst i. E. Not good. No bed sheet provided and poor ventilation of room

Mm t cancellation policy is very poor. Mmt not confirm to hotel for cancellation & mm t lie to customer.

Room not cleanbed dirtyroom size smallbad experience.

Good hotel but should give bathroom amenities and tv required more channels.
