Hotel O Royal Holiday

इतना घटिया होटल हैं बाथरूम में पानी नहीं आ रहा था। मुझे बुकिंग के बाद 200 रूपये extra लिया तब मुझे होटल में रूम दिया।। आपका कस्टमर केयर नंबर लगता नहीं है।

Customer ke aane per bur a bartav karta hai bola-ta hai ki me-in payment ham log nah-in let e hain book mat kijiye. Booking ke bad bhi extra payment let e hain cash me.

The rooms were not clean and not arranged properly and an extra amount were taken by hotel incharge

I made two separate bookings for two rooms. When we reached the hotel at around 9 pm, the concerned person demanded additional rs. 300- per persons. On protest, he asked us not to waste his time. When we said we have made the booking through makemytrip, he said unless you pay me additional rs. 300- per person, i won't allow you to check-in. Finally, he gave us only one room with two beds and refused to provide us two rooms as booked by us. As we were tired, we settled for it. Window panes of the room were broken. They also switched off the ac after the midnight. Very unprofessional approach.

1. 3. They were asking for additional money

When i arrived the reception said he will not book my stay and later agreed. He did not made any proper entry in register. Just took photograph of my id. When i arrived in room i was disturbed by ac mechanics. I was staying out of my room for 10 mins. There is no proper menu of the hotel they charge anything for food and no printed bill. No mineral water water was provided. Standard toiletries were not given. Just a half broken soap. I got a new one after asking. Washroom has old tiles and doesn't feel hygienic to bath in.

Very disappointed with the mana

Never go there or get lured. Its good that it is in very narrow and hard to reach location where you wont get cab. It will save you from staying there in a hell at fist place. Its a c grade place and definitely not for family or kids. Go at your own risk.

Nothing is sensible here either the rooms or washroom, locations, staff, services. Overall i checked out within the same day and did not stay for the night also as it is highly not recommended for stay.

Hotel is near to boring Road, so close to market area and transportation facility. Experience of having stay at hotel was good, staff behaviour was helping in nature, quality of food served was also good.

The behaviour of the staff is nice, the stay was comfortable and there were some issues in AC but they deal with the problem so nicely.

I stayed one night at this hotel. Room was dirty toilet flush was not working and also the bathroom was not cleaned. Ac was not working. very worst experience. room was good but not properly maintained. Even most of the time intercom telephone was not working. There is no lift. You have to climb up to the third floor.
