Hotel O Behl Ashiana

We had a very poor experience during our stay at behl ashiana. The room photos uploaded does not match with the property at all. The interiors were shabby and not maintained well. They allocated room no. 108 which was located on the terrace! there is no lift and we all had to go via stairs considering the fact i was travel-ling with my mother who is a senior citizen, it was getting extremely difficult for her to climb up 2 floors. We were travel-ling with our family and it was a sheer disappointment. We requested for tea and it was not provided. Besides there was no intercom service too. Moreover, our luggage was mishandled too. I would never recommend anyone to book this place as they are not bothered about their guests at all.
