Terrible experience

Firstly I booked deluxe room and I was provided small room which does not have comforter on the bed. When I asked they said adjust AC cooling so you do not need it. Provided towel were like baby towel, single towel for two people. No geyser no refrigerator in room, dust was falling off the fan. Toilet seat, lit would not stay stand. Cleanness was not there list. Terrible stay. I reached 8 o clock, I was asked if want to stay I have to pay extra. Place is noisy, congested you can hear the receptions phone ring from first floor. Overall made me sick to stay there.
