worst hotel u can stay @, no service, no staff, food isnt available till 11.30 in the morning. worst

Rubbish & Pathetic Hotel. Hotel has only 2 staff who are responsible for Reception, Housekeeping, Room Service, etc. Sometimes Owner becomes helper too. Extremely dirty bed linen, pillow covers & Body warmers. Hotel floors are filthy and even floor cleaner cloth, So called restaurant table cleaning cloth is stinky. Every 3* & above hotel give Late Check-out & Early Check-in upto 2 hours whereas this pathetic hotel though entire vacant forced us to check-out in just 1 hour above check-out time even after confirming 2 hours late check-out. No AC in entire hotel makes it worst. There was no Cook in their restaurant so Receptionist, Housekeeping, Room service guy cooked Breakfast. Not worth even 1*

Hospitality issue, Every time I approach Staff for Tv remote, setup box missing,Room Cleaning Issue, Basic Sanitary Missing and many more.

Room service are very pathetic and the behaviour is also not professional. Restaurant is there but food services not available due chef is not there

Hotel conditions very poor and comfortable this place

Room was good , staff vas very nice , asked to activate kids channel for my toddler and it was done as soon as owner was availble. Location is good and you get awesome sunset view. connectivity is also good. petrol oump nearby. Also very spacious parking so you can bring your own vehicle without any issue. Over all very good experience.

Nice , clean room with restaurant, food is superb .property is in busy area of Mall Road. Parking is available.

No facility, bad behaviour, misbehaive by staff, totaly disappointed by this hotel in all trip. Loding/unloading luggage by myself no staff available there.

There's problem in lock system of hotel room as well. Also, no one's there during at last moment also for managing things. Room we're not that much net and clean as well. Although, property is not upto the mark as well.

Rooms are totally different from what is shown in the picture. No any view very dirty bed / bed sheet/ and quilt no or low water in bathroom taps no tv connection front desk missing while checking out. Waiting for 30 min no chef. ( however thanks to one staff member who cooked some basic food) no area for kids. I can write 10 more things.

Dont recommend this hotel. The condition of the room is not clean. Bedsheets are torn and towel are dirty washroom tapss are broken and basic things that are listed to be provided are not given and the hotel staff is very rude and non coperativee lift is not working

Very pathetic and horrible experience was there to stay in hotel milan almora. They haven't offered the water to us, we have to ask for soap, towel and water. Bed sheets and blanket covers were dirty and with lipstick stains and were torn as well. Even after changing the same the condition for changed one was the same. The room was smelly and full of cockroaches. Room service was very pathetic, they took 1. 15 hours to give tea and bread toast. Hotel shikhar in almora is 10 yimes better than them in lesser price. Worst experience ever, please refund the money if possible.

Rooms was dirty all metres pilot covers got changed forcefully but then also the hygiene was not there. Staff behaviour was so so and service was quiet poor.

Uncleaned glasses, dirty bed sheets and tasteless food. Staff was also not trained. For one day this hotel cost must be less than 2000.

Very bad experience. Everything was worst i never recommend to anyone to book this hotel. Washroom was too dirty and room smell is very toxic.

Location is ok but facilities provided was pathetic as no electricity no charging point was working and also geyser was not working. Experience was worst.

Firstly when we are visited in our hotel the front office staff there i think hotel owner and he’s son they don’t know how to talk with the guest then when we are going to room i see there is no setup box for TV, and all the linen bedsheets and duvet cover are dirty then i will call directly to change this and i see first hotel they are not keeping any electric cattle in our room and next day when i call for breakfast they said it will be chargeable i said I already booked with my room so whu i need to pay, then they said call front office for ordering breakfast they took the order they sent after 1 hour after trying so many calls, from my point of view if breakfast is not included in my booking si might be they are giving fast service, last night i call room service for 1Soda bottle and foods they took for me then i see soda is expired which was 4 month before expired! I ask him he said sorry then i ask him i need one more soda he said they dont have this last peices because they are kept expiry items, During checkout date when i ask for food bills then i socked why because he adding 2 Soda expired bottle 60₹ and all the food prices are exceed more than MENU CARD which was in room, The guy who is in Receptionist he said you need to pay for expired soda i said why do u know about the law how you serve expired beverage and then you ask for money I totally denied for that i will not pay for expire soda, My journey in this hotel was totally pathetic i will say to everyone please don’t choose and go this hotel. Its a worst hotel in Almora.
