Overall, it was a good experience. The staff was very courteous and helpful, which made the stay pleasant. However, there were a few downsides: Food was overpriced for the quality and portion size. The washroom was quite congested, lacking comfortable space. Found a spider on the bedside, which was concerning from a cleanliness perspective. Parking facilities were okay, nothing exceptional but manageable. Would recommend for short stays, but there’s room for improvement, especially in cleanliness and value for money.

Most horrible experience with this hotel. Staff do not even know about hospitality. Hygiene is very very poor, even in food a insect also observed. Phone service not available. Even after such poor service, hotel asking for service charges. I recommend you guys don’t book this hotel even in your worst dreams. Very very poor services.

The stay was terrible. Washrooms are not clean, no drinking water available, no toiletries were given, noone is there to help you out, entry was also very bad. Hotel was not at all good.

Sorry for the inconvenience. As i can recall the guest was already informed about the construction going on at that time but they still insisted on getting the room despite the late check in time.

Bed sheet was dirty, room was not prepare. Dust every where. We stay on 11 jun e 2022. Only two boy is there for managing hotel
