It's really not good because. One one time water also not coming and room cleaning not good water bottle is not given and cloth also not given. Whas room cleaning not good

The worst experience , i have already paid through online and get cheated, i tried a lot and not ready to return my amount, number one cheating . Shut up . Dont send the msg anymorr

The hotel staff are less concerned with the guest requirements, they are charging for good hotels cost and quality of stay what we getting there is very poor like rs 800- per night hotels. They are very overpriced, i have paid 4800- per night which is very costly and not worth it.

It was very good service the way they have treated as fantastic and rooms also very clean and hygienic overall my experience in this hotel was very good and affordable price.

1. Renovation going on at the hotel. The place was so shabby, dirty and creepy. 2. The toilet was very dirty covered with stains. The wash basin was leaking all over the place. 3. Bedsheets and pillow covers were used ones and not washed and not clean.

The photos which are attached with the booking are way more older than we experienced. You better book other hotels in the same price. Beds are too old makes noise. Bathroom conditions are horribly disgusting. We some how managed to stay for 1 night. You dont get water bottles and sanitary stuff as brush paste and soap. Please avoid booking. Thanks

Shower with hot water facility is not working. Exhaust fans not working, car parking not available. Very average grade hotel.

Overall ok ok, it should be more better, hygienic not up to the mark. But budget friendly.

Cons : washroom was extremely poor. It was just terrible. Hanger was broken. Almost half of the times, there was no water. We have to tell them multiple times to switch the motor. There was no hot water. When we told the staff, they were not ready to accept. Even when water was there, it was coming very slow from the taps. Bed was making noise. Bedsheets were not clean. Telephone was not working. Pros : location is good as many places to visit are near like saint philomena church, mysore palace etc.

Amount taken is not less, however the area is not clean along with the beds. Noisy room. Either water noise or pump/ motor noise in the room, could not even sleep peacefully.

The hotel experience is not good at all, first of all the ac is poor and the door lock is broken, had a lot of struggle to lock it and to open it. The main issue is bathroom, too much congested bathroom. Water supply is not very good, shower is poor quality, the sink water flow is bad, there is no geyser in bathroom, the tap water also poor. There is no wifi in our room too. Overall it is not at all to be visit again.

Service is horrible. Receptionist careless. & rude, many times power failures. Cleaning issues. Water issues in toilet, like this many more

There was no proper hygine in the room, ac remote was not working, bathroom was not cleaned, current was not there for the whole night. Room lock was also broken. Water was leaking from the tap. Told several times but no response.
