The AC was not working and also no one was at the reception for my midnight checkin

Breakfast not proper only one item provided any thing asked was chargeable. Invoice not provided, in two people 500ml water bottle was given, rude behaviour of staff, no cooperation.

Wash rooms are to dirty. No proper maintenance in room like furnitures were broker, AC not working, many more. However Food is good.

Basic facilities are not available in this hotel. I will not recommend it to staying in this hotel. The hotel provides an expired milk powder pouch

Pathetic hotel, no room service, stains on bed sheet, dirty bathroom, towel handler broken, no towel

The hotel location is good, but very bad services, no one cares, not even basic things are in place like daily water bottles, towels were not provided for a day, no cleanliness, breakfast is very limited, just 2/3 things. Bed sheets are dirty. I would not suggest anyone to stay this hotel. This hotel is operational, only because of the cheap drinks at the bar downstairs.

Hotel was average, rooms were not very much cleaned, no toiletries, no towel food was good, no gst bill hive n by hotel instead asked us to take it from mmt which we received via mail but it amount was half of what we paid,

The stay was a bit awkward as there was no readiness upon arrival. No any communication facility to reception. But stayis recommend

Cleanliness is lacking very badly. Stinky in the air, dirty floor,. No hot water staff was good and cooperative. But they should spend some efforts cleaning the place

One of the worst hotel i have ever stayed. Stained bedsheets, unclean towels. I had to wait for 5 hours to get the room changed where the fan and ac were working. I will never recommend this hotel you better stay somewhere else.

I stayed at this hotel and it was a nightmare. The amenities were practically non-existent. The room was dirty, with stains on the sheets and dust everywhere. The air conditioning was barely working, making the room uncomfortably hot. I couldn't even get a decent night's sleep because of how uncomfortable the room was. Overall, i would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It's not worth the money, even for a budget stay. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for accommodations.

There was no staff available when we left the hotel, we handed over the key to the security, we were not even given tea or breakfast.

Good food, nice staff and proper hygiene

I will never recommend this hotel to any of my friends or relatives. Had booked 3 rooms of which 1 room ac was not serviced and had to change the room which was also not cleaned. Water shortage throughout the day and t was not working properly. We got stuck in the lift multiple times and had to be rescued out of the lift

Food was nice, hygienic food and reasonable rates

We were given a very small booking contrary to what we had booked. Ac was not functional. After repeated complaints from us they finally agreed to change our room. This room had water leakage in bathroom, no setup box in the room. Overall it was pathetic. Not recommended for families

Staff are good people only the food prices and liquor prices are high
