The rooms are not air-conditioned. Warm water was not available in one of the rooms. Very unprofessional management. Please do not recommend these type resorts to me in future, which will only spoil your reputation and loose your customers. The price you charged me was very high compared to the hotel's direct offer. Your comments will be much appreciated. Thanks
