no kettle , bed and pillows are bad , no hair dryer , no changers, check in process is very slow , check out process is also very slow

had a bad experience, I had opted for commentary breakfast in my booking. today morning when I tried calling on phone. no one responded and when I came to the reception at 9.45 , they told me that the complimentary breakfast is closed by 9.30. without any information about the time. and even the bathroom smells and no hot water

So terrible experience. Rooms are full of cigar smell coundnt even breathe, even the floor is filled with cigar smell, blankets was dirty & the washrooms are uncleaned. No proper hospitality from the staffs. Poor staffs

It is very close to attibele toll just near tamil nada border, we stopped for over night halt, they have a decent parking. Room size was good and well maintained.

Check in was pathetic. No hot water. Even coffee was refused as it was 9pm! odd location at border so no taxi services to go to hosur

If you want something you need to get from walk only they will not take phone calls and they won’t respond anything

The hotel is new but the maintenance is very bad. The walls in the room are stained. Chairs are stained. The bathroom was stinky and dirty. Health faucet was not working properly. Shower water pressure was poor. There is dirt stains all over the bathroom. Clearly the hotel team is not cleaning the bathroom regularly. Sheets too were not clean. Total waste of money.

It's was a comfort property and also it has very good view
