when I went to the stay after full payment, while reaching there, they told they don't have rooms, all rooms toilets are going through some plumbing work, and they directed me to some low budget hotel. unfortunately it was terrible experience, extra travel to new hotel and good amount of time and food also

Overall stay is average for the price. Rooms are big but not in very good condition. There is no proper room service and maintenance.

No facilities, very poor maintenance, not clean toilets, not proving towels and brush, even drinking water not providing.

I recently stayed at this resort, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The room was not clean—there was visible green fungi on the pillows and curtains, the windows were very dirty, and the bathrooms were poorly maintained. These issues made the stay uncomfortable and far below expectations. Cleanliness is a basic requirement, and I hope the management addresses these concerns promptly.

Location good, but minimum needs aren’t provided like electric kettle, shampoo, drinking water. Breakfast also not provided

The stay is almost perfect for couple and the place surrounded is very interesting and budget friendly. Only the problem is if we want food we want to search from the town and almost eveything is good also the caretaker. Ok

Took two rooms. One was maintained and another one required a lot of maintenance. Fungal in the wall & curtains & in smell. Staff not available on desk. Wifi password not shared correctly. Location is good in hills so no network and place for family. Parking available outside the hotel. Water issues.

The check-in process was seamless, and the staff were warm and welcoming. The room was spotless, modern, and tastefully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at gv resort, and i must say that the rooms were truly nice, the accommodations were not only comfortable but also maintained well. The resort's attention to cleanliness, the only issue is network problems. Camp fire available,

Nice stay, but no dustbin and floor matt provided. Improve to washing blankets &cleaning rooms keep it up.

There is no wifi also they mentioned as complimentary to early check-in but they charged an extra 500 to early check-in. They weren't aware about the website quoted.

We had booked for a different room and they provided us with a different room and even worker who is working also agreed there was a mistake from their side and some confusion happened but owner was very rude and they spoke very badly and didn't agree it was their mistake. They didn't provided hot water, tv dish was not working, mattress and covers were dirty, toilet was dirty on top of that we paid nearly 7k. 7k for one room is too much

Resort was good but there were no signal, no wifi, no tv.
