Staff was friendly but, amenities and space was not adequate. Name of the property is also changed. So had to ask from local pan shop owner.

It is not even a 'fabhotel. On reaching location, found a board whixh said 'noida dream z hotel. Stayed for 7 days and all the time used the same linen. There was no additional services and bathrooms were dirty. On day of check-in they gave a room which had animal droppings on bed and bathroom had used sanitary products from previous guests. The surroundings offer u nothing, everything has to he swiggied. Though i had opted for breakfast, none was served.

Nice stay. Men at reception and kitchen were polite but the man resting at night near to reception was very rude of behaviour very rude when i ask him where is receptionist he replied very rudely"meko kya pta jao y ha se"

The hotel no longer has time up with fab hotel and the property has been taken over by someone else. The hotel seemed to be a new property but had to ask for cutlery and glasses. It also seemed there was lack of fumigation as there were some small bugs insects and mosquitoes in the room the bedsheets were also not clean and were pale with some spots on it.

Though money has been taken for complementary breakfast but it is not provided. There is no provision for food.
