Staff was not courteous, and facilities were not provided as mentioned, I will never go to this property in future.

Neat and clean flooring throughout the hotel, including corridors and rooms. Shows they take hygiene seriously.

Staff were responsive and polite, ambience calm, wifi dependable, clean washroom, comfy beds—very budget conscious find.

Very good hospitality, near location of H V Desai Eye hospital, Not good for booking ola or uber from this hotel. The drive will take 10 to 12 min to reach the hotel. Otherwise the hotel has cleanliness and hygiene maintained

Hotel is not fully operational also there is no tea maker in room. This property is not as per fab standard. Please duelist it from your portal. Service staff at this property is good. No complaint of staff

Location and surroundings of this hotel are not good. There is no proper approach road. The empty plot next door is used for dumping trash. The room was clean and breakfast of poha was good. I was given choice of only two items poha and omelette. The old fashioned dust bins need to be replaced with foot pedal ones. Bathroom needs a shelf to keep soap dishes etc. Toilet rolls should be provided. Biggest drawback was the power supply. If one needs to use the lift, power supply is stopped to the rooms. As a result, power fluctuations and disruptions were frequent. Mr. Rishi at the counter was courteous snd helpful.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was average. The accommodations were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, i was highly disappointed with the quality of the food. It was simply ridiculous. Everything seemed burnt, as if taste was just a formality. Even the toast, which should have been a simple pleasure, was ruined by applying oil; what seemed to be a substitute for butter. It's a shame that such a crucial aspect of the stay fell short.

Having a travel desk and breakfast facility would vastly improve the quality of services. Rooms were neat and hygienic but they seem to be short staffed. Being done as and when the boys are available instead of following scheduled time.

Neat, clean rooms and toiletries. Parking available. Peaceful and quiet location. Staff is good. Rooms have cupboards and a small balcony. Would recommend if stay in this locality.

The rooms were not as we were expecting. The mattress was horrible which made my back pain worse. Also the service was very slow no body was responding on landline reception. The cost was also high.

Hi, it was really a comfortable stay at mountain high inn hotel. The staff are good. The current fluctuating is very much, in in 15mnts, 3 to 4 times of 2 seconds current use to on and off. The hotel should have transport facility of pick and drop from railway or airport or bus stand etc. It's a bit of problem for vegetarians as no nearby hotels are vegetarian. These are suggestions for improvement. Rest superb experience with make my trip.

The hotel was best room was best good for couples married couples we really loved also shubha was helpful she was kind enough to guide for location and her gesture was good enough we love we will back again
