They did not provide any services like cleaning, handwash, body wash, or fixing the ac. They simply gave us the room and left us to do everything ourselves. We also rented a scooter from them, but on the last day, they accused us of scratching their scooter. Thankfully, we had taken a video of it before renting. My suggestion is to avoid booking this coco resort, especially if you're traveling with a female companion or family.

The rooms and hotel were average, cleanliness was also avaerage not very clean, not very dirty. The washroom on our room was below average. The best thing is location of the hotle the location is very good, most of the places are near by, staff was good as well.

Very pathetic room he said he is updating the room and said will give us suit but is just so teribble. Wash room very dirty no sufficient towel provided and not even pillow

Everything is good but the bathroom requires some tub and pat-la to sit in the bathroom. Also require some drop system but rate is comparatively other city is very high.

I booked and when we reached they showed some dirty rooms and they charged extra and give a room. And this facility is not good. I dont suggest this facility.

Rooms were dirty, smelling badly and when we raised this the response was like we don't have any other room available. staff behaviour was also not that good.

Location is best but doesn't have vibes in room furniture looks old need to redevelop the rooms. Rooms are so important factor in staying. Dint know more abt kitchen didn't ordered any thing. But in morning we ordered a loo paratha in which stuffing was not sufficient not 100% cooked
