Good location and breakfast Staff was courteous Only issue was that there was smoke smell in room and we had to change the room because of that.

hotel staff behavior not good with females, and hotel senior staff not listening about their staff .....its not good and v terrible for femals

pathetic services, dirty water in washroom( in taps). extremely poor services. after calling them and updating about dirty water in bath tub, their concerned person came after 25 mins l. after 2.5hrs, their team if Mr. Atal Awasthi and Vijender (engineer) told the that there was some issue for which we will look into. at 11am, I checked out and nobody at front desk was concerned to ask about breakfast. I missed my breakfast due to the club Mahindra Team took 2.5hrs to say that they will check the issue. I had paid 2500 rupees extra for dinner and lunch. opted this property as it was mentioned that there 2hr layer checkout facility available. they are offering me to use bathroom of another room, is this a dharmshala? POOR SERVICES, PATHETIC MANAGEMENT A.

I will not recommend this property anyone specially if you have child with you. The staff needs more training and needs to understand the guests requirements better. 1. When we entered we waited for reception to get the room ready and no one came and informed how much time will it take 2. We finally got the room which was the dirtiest the photos will do the talking. 3. The mini fridge in the room was not working 4. We asked for vegetable khichdi for the baby they sent simple khichdi 5. The towels were stinking we had to request to change them 6. While we were checking out no one came to pick up he luggage from room. Even when i asked for a glass of water while leaving for station they said there isn’t any on reception and because of less staff they could not provide. We had to call and complaint these people for each and everything. I have stayed in multiple properties of club mahindra with wonderful experience but this one was a nightmare for us. The only good thing say did was offering a small cake to us and two water bottles that’s is it.

We stayed here on 20th feb room was excellent but drinking water was not good otherwise the stay was good and breakfast was delicious and had many varieties

Easy to find the location of this property. Stay and food excellent. I liked the baby food they provided for my baby and especially the play area. Location is situated in city area market is also near by.

Nice experience, just a little bit expensive food, food quality was good but not that tasty to justify the price, but it's a club based resort so understandable.

The location is good, food is also good. The service at front desk and restaurants is unprofessional. The quality of service is not as we paid for.

3 rd grade service. Everything is so mismanaged the hotel should not be a 4 star it should be 1 star. 0 service and extra ordinary policies full day charge for 2 hours extra stay. It was a horrible experience stay away from them.

Worthy, wonderful, wow feeling, great atmosphere, 5 star accommodation, friendly staff much more. This is my 3rd time must stay.
