Rooftop Studio Flat

1-i have booked for rooftop room, which i didn't get 2-complimentry breakfast was mentioned but didn't get too 3-room was very uncomfortable. Not worthy at all. It was not a pleasant stay at all

Well the place is awesome but it lacks few basic facilities like having tv connection, instated for 6 days and i kept watching the walls whole day, basic toiletry was not provided like a soap even. The host is great, location is super clean, hygienic,

The staff was very cooperative and nice rooms were decent and location was very accessible and easy to order food or dine out if need be. If possible would love to try their suite next time.

Room and washroom are spacious but upkeep not clean. They didn't bothered to removed to old soaps from the bathroom. The rooms were dusty. Checking in is a bad experience, you just have to wait for long time to catch the person on reception which remains vacant. You just have to keep on ringing the bell and shout to reach to persons. Tv is there without connection and the care taker says its like this for months as the they don't get technicians to rectify the faults. Hopeless property to stay.

Hygiene not good. Smell of mold and fungus from walls, dull color of walls, congested lift, very average rooms in the name of standard rooms. Caretaker does not have any records of booking. Photos shown are totally different, at the time of check in small rooms are being shown which has dirty furniture and shabby ambience

Location is great. Hygiene and safety standards are also good. But I had to pay extra during checking in. I had booked the property through MMT. I have paid the total amount that showed via UPI. But during checking in they have asked for extra ₹300/- for AC service which is nowhere written during my booking! This was very much unprofessional.
