Really very bad response and unfair of make my tri

familyI booked this property on 25th and requested for cancellation the same day at 8 pm due to some urgent work. Contacted your customer care 4 times by the name seem a and akshat i. E. They even sent a mail to this property on 25th of jan 2024 at 0825 pm. But still not refund is processed. Instead the property owner is telling your customer care executives that i have asked for cancellation on 26th if jan. Please black list such properties and process the refund as soon as possible.
