I along with my family recently stayed at this property and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is great — convenient, thus making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. The staff behavior was truly commendable. Everyone was polite, attentive, and always ready to help. I would especially like to express my sincere thanks to Ravi ji, who went above and beyond to ensure that my family’s needs were well taken care of. His supportive approach made a big difference in our stay. However, I feel there is scope for improvement in cleanliness, particularly in the bathroom area. With a bit more attention to detail in housekeeping, this property could offer an even better experience for guests. Overall, a very good stay with excellent hospitality.

Hotel location is good as near to Sehore Railway Station. Room cleaning and Wash area are average. The cistern is not working properly and there is a low water flow. Lift is not working properly, suddenly stopped. No variety in food, only limited thali available. But for a short duration stay, it's OK, not bad.

The hotel was good, the rooms were decent, the bathroom was clean but the shower didn't work, the staff was friendly, polite and well spoken but the hotel policy of not sending food to you room is a downer as far as service is concerned also sehore is not a very developed place so after 10 everything is shut out side so if the hotel keeps their resturant open of a a longer period then that would be great. No thank you.

Extra bed was provided without any bedsheet and pillow, no toiletries were present. When asked for it the answer was we don't give any. Water bottle was provided in the first day only.
