It’s pathetic, what was offered to us for 2500 by mm t was available at 800 for random walking, also buffet was charged but as per hotel they don’t offer free buffet also they don’t provided even basis towel or soap in washroom, only one 30watt bulb was there in room

No ac working, fan switch not working, hot water not available for bath, poor service. Not yet

Worst experience of my life, food is poor and unhygienic, room is very poor, no room service, very bad behaviour

room was very low quality and not as per price. i was very harrash about the qulity of the room as per price. very cheap condition room. 👎🏻

This hotel is totally like a mess, food quality zero. Room quality zero to zero, blanket zero, bed sheet zero, bed quality zero.

Hotel is not good for stay, rooms & washroom is not cleaned even from one washroom you can see in others room washroom not good specially for ladies

Worst place to stay it's better to stay in dharmshala does not have any staff hottel owner is receptionist, security guard, service provider all in one he is very rude in nature does not have manners to talk to customer ac rooms have ac which nevor work water heater do not work room side is like a kutharia no lift, no wifi, no faculty road side toilates are much clean than compare to this hottal i don't know why company like make my trip add these hotel in there list to decrease there goodwill

Hi team, the condition of room and washroom was not as per the tariffs. Room, bed-sheet, washroom was very dirty.

No cleanness breakfast is in my package but i don't get it no water for drink 2700 for room is too much for this type of stay

When i was checked in. My room was dirty & also washroom was very dirty. Room size was very small. No power back up ac available but no remote in room.

Worst experienced i ever had. 2 boys attended all things and They are clicking photos of my sister in wrong way. They are very bad boys. Room is very bad.

Door was broken of the room. Room was very dirty. Washroom was also dirty and unhygienic. I checked out after seeing the condition of the property and booked another Hotel. The money was also not refunded. Waste of money.

This was the worst Hotel I have ever seen. There is nothing in this Hotel. No facility, no service. The staffs are ok but otherwise, it's terrible. The room was very congested and the price is really high. This was a family trip for us but the Hotel was not children friendly. There is no facility for children. I never recommended anyone to this Hotel.

Rooms are very small. No space to move in the room. No lift. Free parking available but you should ask earlier for free parking. Mandir is 5 minutes approx. Location is good.
