First of all the customer service is so terrible it's like they didn't even recived me well and they all of sudden starting yelling and after they I booked air conditioning, room, mineral water and atleast bathing water they didn't had both they didn't gave any air conditioning room they didn't provide any water and when I went to take a bath they didn't even had water to bath that's how terrible my experience was at hotel it's note even hotel at that point because atleast they'll be sorry for things they're fking rude and when I asked for refund they said they didn't receive any payment you booked from MakeMyTrip you paid them ask them not us and we'll not provide you room if you keeping on argument

The property is not well maintained, not had a good experience. The location is not finadable.

Use prime location but hotel is very poor. No any type service available in this hotel don't show in your list

All services ard poor even tv is not working bedsheets are dirty room are so dirty this is one of the bade-st hotel i have seen

Non hygenic. Old bedsheets with marks of usage. Dustbin also filled with old clients maybe. Reception person is like khud krlo sab. Gate closed whole night. No one to attend at night. Very costly

You company is taking booking for hotels with fake name. It's causing great trouble for travellers. You should be procecuted as per the law. No need of any discount. Thanks for such an atrocious service. For god sake don't do this with other's.

Cleanliness was bad cigarettes are in the bathroom. Bedsheets are not properly washed

Property is not well located. Two different names are there. one is Red chillies B & B and another one is Hotel Phenix Elite. Also linen and blanket are not cleaned. rooms are not upto the mark. And most terrible part is So many mosquito 🦟 are there. I would not recommend to anyone

I may request the mmt team to please remove red chillies lucknow from your booking list. Big fat mice and mosquitoes made my night terrible. Smelly rooms taps in the bathroom are not working properly. No soap for hand wash. Blankets were smelly and dirtying. Please if you can remove from your list waste of money it is.

This is the worst hotel stay in our experience. Even hotel name is changed now. Please update your data. Nothing is clean. No one to attend.

The check in was very smooth and the staff at the hotel was very much helping. I will recommend everyone to stay for a good experience. The size of the rooms were incomparable and it was a nice stay. No thanks

It was a nice peaceful area, very spaceful room with the balcony having awesome views. Overall it was very gud to stay here.

Worst experience ever, no eletricity over night and in the morniing. Mosquitoes will take you yo the heaven.

Covid safety measures are followed there

One BHK with small hall. Little bit noisy in morning because of gym upstairs. Near to metro station. But good for money and for 1-2 night stay. 3 out of 5, thank you.
