Hotel is not like in the photos. Hotel is very hot and no ventilation. The hotel is very far away to the city. I don't recommend this hotel

Raj home stay staff are good with behavior, but distance 14 km from madikeri town is problem. Room was clean and good.

Beautiful environment. Best hospitality. Great food. Staff's are also very descent. Rooms were clean.

Rooms are interconnected with others so privacy is spoiled. We spotted a snake near the stay no warning signs were visible. Apart from stay this home stay doesn’t provide any kind of activities to kill the time.

Location is wonderful, food quality is also good, overall hospitality is good, except for some problematic switch boards due to which faced some charging issues. Thanks 🙏

It can be improved to attract re-visits. Washroom is very small. Flush pipes needs repair.

This homestay is outside madikeri around 14 km away. The rooms and bathroom are small compared to the other homestays that i have visited, but no complaints as the room was clean. Food is very tasty and the staff is very co-operative. Good for one night stay outside madikeri

The property was located near to the main market. The surroundings were calm and beautiful. Everything regarding amenities or facilities they accommodated very nicely. The caretaker was very friendly and co-operative. The only problem that the caretaker was not available on the property all the time. Overall it was an excellent and recommendable property.

It's an old-style building, decent place, 14 kilometers from centre of the city. Night can be bit difficult to find. Generally no GPS connection. Entry road will be off road but very little distance, they provide campfire with some cost, best part of this property is they have waterfalls streamline next to there property, which is very nice and refreshing. Food was fine too. If you wanna stay out of city in peace, you can definitely choose this place,

Nice place at dense coffee Estate next to small River, staff are very gentle and cultured. They have a in-house cook and who cooks excellent local food, good place to Renergise yourself among beautiful real coffee Estate.

For people who like to Stay close to nature in isolated place it's good. But should be prepared for any emergencies.

There were only 4 rooms adjacent to each other. Every room had a sit out except ours. The accommodation is made of brown clay roof tiles. Substandard bathroom setup as there was a gap between bathroom door and wall. One can easily see through it. No hot water. No TV. Not a great room service. No WiFi. Not a great privacy for couples. They allowed other patrons to use the facility for drinking ( in the common area) which is quite normal in Madikeri area. But they allowed for playing loud songs too using the car stereo throughout the night, frequent car switching on and off. It was a hell and nightmare experience as we were tired and wanted to sleep. The location is great as there is a river nearby and one could hear the water rushing sound throughout the night. It was very good. However, Compared to 2 star and 3 star hotel facilities, I don't think this would stand anywhere even close to that. The place definitely needs a renovation.

The room was good for the price. Location is really beautiful and peaceful. There is no Mobile network available here we need to travel 5-6 kilometers to get any kind of signal. Staff were really friendly and helpful. They helped us from making our stay comfortable to guiding us to places nearby. There are leeches in that place. It is forest area and we need to bear it. There is no access to road for vehicles to reach the room. We need to park vehicles 200-300 meters away and walk towards the rooms.

Room is good with basic facilities like car parking, play ground, hot water in rest room, etc. Location is awesome. Good place for both couple and family. Fully covered with trees and water slides, the place gives the feeling of sleeping in the nature's lap.

Beautiful surprise when we arrived at the hotel, after a short off-road drive in a jeep provided by the hotel, it was situated in the middle of estate surrounded by a small stream of water. I recommend this hotel for someone who is looking for relaxed, best in class, truly estate stay with great staff. I really liked the service and food they served.
