Room was not good as in ad. I was totally unsatisfied with that room. Hot water not available for full day, only 2 hours hot water supply in room. Room is full of bad smell. Bathroom is not neat and good.

I travelled with my wife, and the room was good and budget-friendly. The staff were very friendly as well. Initially, I checked into a room with a slight unpleasant smell, but the hotel quickly arranged a new room for me. For this price, the stay is definitely worth it. If you face any issues, you can inform the reception and they will resolve it promptly.

The location is near to the shopping point but it has very poor maintenance. The room is full of the bad smell of liquor. I don't understand why the hell the hot water (electric geyser) switch in the reception. It should be given in the room for our convenience. The cleaning staff here demands for money. There is no safety at all. Safety is very very poor. Washroom hygiene is very worst.

First of all this is the first time we receive a complaint about our staffs asking money. some customers do keep the gyeser switch always on as a result we get short circuit problem, so we have the control in the reception and we keep it on when ever u ask. Our hotel is one of the safest place to stay for families and married couples. the conveniences caused is deeply regretted. will serve you better in the future thankyou
