Bedsheet, pillow covers and others are smelly, as per cost this stay feels cheap. We need to ask for towels and soap. They do not arrange before check in. No recomend

Ac was not there even mentioned in the property offering also not up to mark as expected also food cost is high and very average taste. The location is good if you don't want to travel in a rush.

Service was not upto the mark. The room which was displayed at the time of booking was not thar same we got. Extra charges for water. No geyser. Electric appliances were not working. All in all a bad experience

Slow service as only one caretaker has to take care of all rooms. Also not much happening for kids and families. May be good who wants to stay alone without much engagements.

Very unhygienic place. With poor staff. And bad food quality. Not worth paying such amount. For this place.

Best for groups and couple vacation. Very hospitable service.

I booked the property for me and my friends. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staffs were so humble and very good in service. It was a pleasant stay.

First of all the property is already overpriced due to all the taxes, makemytrip has added, and from up the host is asking for the extra charges for the room, i've booked, and not all but one of the staff member has yelled on my fellow friend, when she asked for a cutlery, which is so rude of him. Apart from this the rooms are nicely done, it look like some rustic cottages.

worst experience ever had bed sheet were smelling just like garbage sheets pillows were smelling after repeated queries bed sheets was changed

Location is very best. All the dishes were very good. Hotel staff is hotel sfaff is very helpful.

No ceiling fan the room can't be locked from inside. The bathroom seat was not working properly the staff behaviour was worst the room was not cleaned no drinking water in the rooms very bad location

Location was at precise place but at much more height, difficulty in parking car. Food was average in taste, not value for money.

I was there from 25th may to 28th may 2022 with my family. Nitesh is the best person and he always ready to help us. He serving food and helping in every way. Food was good but expensive. Place is very nice its next to casa kasauli. Wine and daily need shops on walking distance just 100 meters near kasauli continental resort.

Property location is good. But rooms provided was very poor. Food quality is good

The views from the windows were beautiful. The food was good - good support staff. Not that far from the main area.
