It was a very good property in all aspects whether it was of cleanliness, security, facilities provided or location. Total value for money stay. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Only the caretaker was not well mannered. I want to recommend this to others.

The location was good, easy to reach the property. The caretaker was very nice and helpful. The room was very nice and beautiful. The whole property was very clean and tidy. Surely going to recommend this property to others. One thing that I need to mention that they do not provide the lockers.

Worst experience of Goa was this restaurant who created duplicate bills post payment. Folks, remember to collect bills forever, otherwise you're allowing them to unnecessarily harass you. Very bad experience for a tourist coming to such a beautiful place.

A peaceful stay

Staying in this property was very peaceful. The property is in very convenient location with reasonable price. Sanitation was up to the mark. Tried coffee over there which was so nice. A must recommended property.

Value for the money

The property was ordinary Hostel, I mean according to the price we pay it is Worth for it. This property is very close to the Beach. Bathrooms need improvement the water was not coming out of the tap, the door wasn't working. I would say it is value for the money.

Great value for money, very clean, quite and good location

The staff where extremely helpful, they offer help with anything you need. The rooms are cleaned regularly, and are good condition. It's very peaceful, off the main Road but right on the Beach. Lots of travellers to meet and talk to. Great stay. I travelled by bicycle and there is somewhere safe outside to lock the bicycle up.
