The worst experience ever, The room was not clean and was smelling so bad I asked for room freshener They say it's not available i asked pls bring asap but they never showed up again, bathroom was not clean things were broken in bathroom, no service was provided after asking they gave soap and towel. no tooth kit was available even they didn't provide water I have to buy it from outside. At the checkout time they were in such a hurry that they didn't allow even 10-15 min extra. Never book this hotel if the price for this hotel was 500 then it's fine but they charge around 1500 not justified Worst experience ever, service was terrible. worst hotel i have ever been into, unhygienic bedsheet, no pillow cover when asked to replace they said replacement not available. Bad water supply, washroom gate was broken and no towels for washroom, when I asked for towels they said they don't have it. Further, while checking out I said I would give a bad rating cause my stay was terrible, the reception guy rudely replied do whatever you want. Will never suggest anyone to stay here.
