I arrived at the hotel to check in, the staff informed me that no classic rooms were available and attributed the issue to OYO. As a result, Unfortunately, I ended up spending about an hour sorting things out at the reception instead of relaxing after a long day of work on Diwali night. It was a frustrating experience.

Not given accommodation. Because they did not allow any guest of make my trip. So we did get rooms and also till we not received any refund. As also not got compensation from you. No any effort from your company todo refund with compensation. So take action fast.

Very small lift for one person and terrible. No service, not giving towels or toiletries also not giving mineral water. Not changing bed sheet and pillow covers.

Unprofessional staff, no breakfast, dirty bed, dirty bathroom, ac not working. I suggest mm t to black list this property if they want to retain customers.

We had booked the hotel from mm t as we had to go to kolkata for our mother’s knee replacement surgery but on reaching the spot they said the hotel was booked for a wedding and didnt check us in. As we were waiting outside in the scorching heat with our mother who could barely stand due to her knee they said we should get out of their property as we were disturbing their wedding preparation event. This is not just a worst hotel but worst manager and host. Highly not recommended.
