Excellent property but poor service

familyThe property is excellent and spacious with many facilities such as pool, dance room, home theater, etc. However, the service by caretaker was poor. They were not responsive. Small issues such as clearing tables after lunch were not looked after. Such an excellent property commanding a hefty rent needs prompt service to have a good time. Hope the owners address this.
