Save Green Resort

It was wonderful location, very tasty food, clean and neat rooms, natural beauty and everything was excellent. The connectivity was also good. Very near to beautiful bharatpur beach.

Rooms and location was good but manager was terrible No first aid box

It was a shocking experience for us when we arrived at hotel save green resort in neil island. We were denied check in. The staff in the reception and the owner told us that they are not accepting guests from makemytrip because makemytrip did not pay them any money. We showed them our confirmation voucher as well as tax invoice for 3 nights stay in that resort but they didn't want to listen to whatever we said and insisted on cancel-ling the booking. I paid more than 22000 rupees to makemytrip for 3 nights stay in that resort with my family for a vacation but still i had to face this serious problem which was like a nightmare. The owner of the resort told me that they told makemytrip long time back that this room was sold out but makemytrip did not inform me and that is not their fault. After about 1 hour of discussion when i did not cancel the booking they decided to give me a room for 1 night and then shifted me to a small home stay type of place for the remaining two nights. Please look into this matter seriously and take necessary action so that i get refund of my money as appropriate. I am thinking of sharing my experience in all social media platforms so that other travellers are not cheated like me. Thank you. Sourov roy. Room was good and comfortable. Location was nice and convenient. Staff behavior was good and environment was also great. I recommend this place to others.
