Terrible Stay

Rooms are dirty along with bedsheets and pillows. No tioleteris were provided and they denied for hot water as well. No proper washroom

The hotel refused to give an extra blanket, room was small, even for blanket and other things we had to request them and even to aces s the hot water i had to ask them in reception to turn it on. Electric plugs were broken. The only best part is the proximity to the darbar sahib walkable distance to aka l takhat sahib

The room is tooo dirty and washroom is worst. My girlfriend was feeling very uncomfortable i don't think so someone should stay in this hotel. No thanks
