Good food, good location River view, good hospitality, good staff.

Food taste needs to be improved Location is quite far Rooms are clean & value for money Facilities are okay Although housekeeping staff were not available always Swimming pool was in awesome experience.

River view from the room is excellent. Staff behavior is nice and welcoming. Pool is clean and maintained. Food is average. However cleanliness is required room is dirty not cleaned properly. The door was locked still was moving the hash-bold needs tightening. Bathroom not properly cleaned.

Cleanliness of the rooms are not up to the mark. You will find patches, damp shades in room corners, walls and ceilings. No floor mat in room, towels are pathetic. Shower did not work. Pool is not maintained on week days. As we arrived at friday, we find it uncleaned. They started cleaning it on Saturday morning only. Price of food is a bit expensive. Quality of food is a mix rating. Air Conditioner worked well. Staff behavior is satisfactory. Room service is on time. View of river is good.

All rooms are river facing. We booked executive rooms which were pretty small but well decorated. The condition of the bathroom was pathetic as Bath tub was broken and water stagnation being the main issue. This property is nice but requires urgent and immediate renovation ...

Everything is OK but distance is major drawback. Too far from Kolkata and travelling cost more. Infrastructure need a better renovation. Rooms also need to be little better. Value for stay but distance is huge loss.

Homely food good for health, on call services is fast, staff are wellhead and professional, room cleanliness is average it's an area to be improved, but overall it is worth for spending. We truly enjoyed over there.

The hotel is located far away from Kolkata ... Rooms are well decorated ... All facilities are available in the hotel ... Good for one day weekend tour ... River side area are nice to look at evening and morning time ... Swimming pool is enjoyable.

The hotel is at very good location. The view of the Ganges from the room is outstanding. The food was OK. Size wise the pool is very good but the water was not so clean. The hotel don't have card payment facility.

A nice property where all the rooms are facing the waterbody. Service was poor. Food was average and it had a swimming pool which was also good. We enjoyed this place truly but if the service must improve so that this resort can upgrade to 5 star one.

Location of the hotel is excellent. The staff at the reception looked aloof and disinterested. The AC of our 2nd floor suite was not working optimally. The 2nd room didn't have a fan even. Toilet was clean. Complimentary breakfast was of average quality; lunch and dinner to our satisfaction.

Wonderful Location and courteous staff. Worth going there once. Access roads are easy and Hotel is on the banks of Hugli. Food was average but the USP of the Hotel was Peace. No hustle bustle of a metropolitan. Hotel has all basic amenities only. Can be explored.

Worst hotel in terms of Local Crowd. I went for my Rewedding Photography and had the worst nightmare. Not only did the local crowd started passing comments but also started staking us... Very disturbing.

Have a riverside view room and you can spend your day with the scenic beauty it comes with. Nothing much to do other than spending the evening in the riverside and having some fun inside the hotel. Room and bathroom fittings can be improved.

Good but food is little bit overpriced. Also they don't allow liquor in poolside and liquor is not available in the resort also. Otherwise overall experience is good. Everyone should try their ilish and vetki source.

The looks very impressive however there is nothing to do after night falls - so location wise it may be the best but in terms of developing some in-house entertainment could just be helpful in capturing the interest My daughter loved the rabbits and the baby turtles It's a family place - except for occasional corporate "daru-parties"... Which are typically Saturdays... Rest of week - it's a serene place and though food is priced premium the quality is still average Overall - good one time visit.
