location looked sketchy but room was surprisingly good! clean with good shower pressure and relatively quiet. good choice for near rail station.

They have charged me for AC room, but room AC is not working. Also rooms are not clean. They are disturbing client privacy.

Location of this hotel is its USP.. walkable distance from Madgaon station, took me hardly 5 minutes to reach the station. Rooms were clean. well maintained. staff was also nice and helpful.

Simple hotel near to station walkable distance. U save on money to cab no internal restaurant but u can order good food from outside compared to internal restaurant charges u save money here as well rooms are clean well kept. This is really worth mentioning simple calm n central place in madgaon

The place was decent, not fancy but clean and nice. Its a good place for quick stay with family. And its close to the railway station which was convenient.

location is best. It is situated just behind madgaon railway station walking distance but 3 km far from KTC Bus station in main city area. The room is big, net and clean. The washroom is clean. It is suggested to take a room for a long stay. Worth for money. Near colva beach and approximately 15 km away from Benilum Beach.

The room and washroom were neat and clean. Best part is that the hotel is just 5 mins walkable distance from madgaon station. Only food was an issue as there is no in-house restaurant hence had to order from outside.

Hotel location is very much near by from madgaon station as well as from market. Rooms are neat and clean also staff was very much polite and co-operative. Overall is good stay option in budget.

The room was sufficient for a couple to stay. The property was neat and clean. The washroom was clean. There was a balcony opening towards sideways of main road. The surrounding of the property makes the property rating down.
