Was good, good response from service team

Over all stay good not the best, on last day tea taste different, ordered paratha for breakfast, but only single paratha served by staff.

We traveled to Manali with family. Hotel is very good. Excellent behaviour of all staff. Room is also cleaned everyday

According to my booking hotel room condition and facility not satisfactory

It's really comfortable. N very nice staying.

Hotel is not so good and not so bad. But in same price you can find so many another hotels in Manali. Its not a RECCOMENED property for nice stay.

Great hotel we had enjoyed our trip

Near mall Road, location was very good but the hotel management gave us dirty standard rooms even if we booked super deluxe rooms. We stayed in dirty standard room at the prices of super deluxe rooms. Very disappointing experience.
We booked for super deluxe rooms but they gave us dirty standard class rooms. The rooms shown in the pictures was not provided. On complaining to management they told us that only these rooms are booked by you. And they gave the super deluxe rooms to other peoples who came directly to hotels without any booking.

Need to work on cleanliness. No value for money. Need to work on cleanliness.

Hotel is location by excellent it's near by van Bihar rooms are good and cleaned. Staff are good. Room service is good. Hotel is front of van Bihar food is bit a expansive but any overall everything is good according budget staff are very cordial and when ever you order any immediately served by him and they are very helpful

Really not satisfied, not a value for money. The room was not clean the condition of floor mat was really bad, bathroom was not good had to ask for a replacement room and got settled at degraded room despite of 4 members family.

Good location but rooms are not good and cleaned. Staff are good. Room service is good. Restaurant of hotel also beautiful. Hotel is front of van vihar its good for small kids. View of hotel is beautiful.

Services are OK. Budget hotel. Location wise it is good place to stay. Near to Mall road & bus stand. Services need to be improved. Room services are pathetic. Conditions of rooms are OK. Explore for better hotels if you want to make your stay comfortable.

We booked Super deluxe room and the stay was avergare, rooms are not properly cleaned but the location is just on the mall road and in front of Van vihar, Children can enjoy in the park, Food was avergare but there are several food courts just adjacent to the hotel.

The only good thing about this hotel is that it is not too far from the mall road and it has power backup. Else this is the worst hotel you can stay in Manali. The operator doesn't even listen to anyone and cuts the phone before you can finish. And if you call them again, they start yelling at you. Even the food was poor. And they don't even give extra bed even if you have paid extra occupancy charges. They don't even give you the room you book, I booked the super deluxe and a semi deluxe room. But both of them were same and both were semi deluxe. So, my advice to you is don't book this hotel at any cost.

Not value for money only location is good room not as good as it's shows staff was good and friendly bed was not clean no toiletries and all over experience was average only location was good and other shivalik hotel was good.

Nice hotel staff with pleasant stay. Try to stay in room 108 in 2nd floor which is spacious. The view from the room is awesome. One side facing van vihar and other side facing the himalayas snow capped mountains.

I stayed there for 1 night. Reception person was a rude person. Rooms was very noisy. There were a bad smell in room and bathroom. It's not value of money. It's plus point only it's location but there was noise of vehicle. I had a very terrible experience with this hotel. I think hotel garden is best in Mall road hotels.

Very economic, awesome location on mall road in front Van Vihar. Staff specially Mr. Rahul was very impressive and co-operative. We stayed for 2 days in the property. Had very good experience. Location is very convenient as it is on main mall road just on walking distance of market and bus stand.

Hotel is very good.. Very spacious.. Good food... However you'll not find AC's in rooms as mentioned in room facilities... Overall you'll have a good stay.. And do visit to old Manali also it is 1 of the happening place for party lovers in Manali.
