I have booked vvip nest and i was reaching at 11 pm as my flight got delayed, owner forced me to collect before eight as he did after eight ch k in is not allowed. I have to send somebody to collect keys, as i know someone there otherwise it was difficult. There was no one to refill water or change towels (it was done only once a day.

Thanks for your reply but we are surprised by this review of yours .inspite of telling the other people that how we contacted you and informed you about the check in timings inspite they are very much mentioned over the MMT App and infact we helped you with check in and handover the keys to your relative just to help you and aaves your money else we could have denied the chack in after 8 PM. Regarfing water we privide 2bottles 1ltr each per day and we dont think that any apartment even privide the water. As far as towels are concerned let me remind you sir this is not the hotel it’s the apartment and everywhere in the world towels are provided once in a day which we did . You should have thought something before sharing the wrong reviews .thanks again

I had a wonderful visit and was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable. The rooms are so cozy. This would be my go to place. Pricing is fair and transparent definitely value for money. There are two separate balconies and I really enjoyed that space as well. It was too relaxing. I will definitely be back and will for sure be recommending this place to my friends. 😊
