New property, off mirik, steep road

This is a newly built property a few km off mirik down a steep twisting road that is better to go with suv only. Pros- 1. Comfortable new mattresses and pillows 2. New and clean bathroom fittings 3. The suite room was spacious with a smart tv 4. The wifi was good 5. The staff were polite and helpful 6. The food was alright. Things to keep in mind- 1. Getting back to mirik is an uphill task literally and not possible on foot by any means. 2. There are no shops or restaurants in the vicity, it is pretty secluded, better to carry all essentials including medicines 3. Airtel mobile receives no signal, jio maybe better. Download offline maps before arrival and not drive in darkness as there are no street lights in the area. 4. There are several steps to climb and not suited for those with impaired mobility. 5. The rates quoted are pretty high and ok for an overnight halt if find discounts on booking platforms.
