The stay at payal hotel for 2 days was found very pleasant as the owner and staff were found very co-operative.

Don't have any restaurant inside the hotel, they will deliver food as per order ( quality is not so good) The hotel location is little far than Mirik Lake almost 1.1 Km, you can take the local taxi from Mirik Lake. In front of the hotel, Gumba was there you can visit. From the hotel to Kurseong or Darjeeling you can get a shared taxi easily.

The hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. We had peaceful stay. The location was also good, near the market, so we had no problem with communication. Will visit again

Just a night halt with my family, very comfortable with the hotel, room is good, location is good, and the owner is very polite, too cooperative , humble and very responsible ... Lot of Thanks to the owner mam, if she is not their, we could miss the train.... Thanks again and again,..

They don't have anyone to carry our luggage, they don't have any food, the rooms are only with one low intensity bulb, they don't have anyone for anything after 8pm even for water

We took two rooms. Room had geyser facilities. Bathroom was clean.

Worst experience of my life on a hotel stay till date. No service at all. They dont even provide towels and soaps. No fooding. Property was broken like beds, switch plugs and lights. Behavior is also terrible. I personally will suggest none to book this awful hotel

First of all, there is no service in the hotel. Not even towel or soaps or water. No one to talk to or clean the room the following day morning. Property is worst as well. Bed was broken, no geysar, no heater, no flush system. Overall its worst experience of my life

Rooms are more than average, but they are good with their service. And you will get either Puri sabji or bread omlet in breakfast .. Breakfast is not so good .. And you can not talk loud in The rooms as their are oldies near room ..

Very bad and rubbish hotel with poor service. The room is very dirty and bad smelly. Wine smell and cigrate fog is in all the room. Beer and wine shop attached with hotel which is very wrong and hilarious.
