Average stay. Society was good. Caretaker was good but this property wasn't maintained at all. Swimming pool was the dirtiest and we caught skin infection because of it. All the rooms had bed bugs and we somehow spent our stay there. Not going back for sure.

Very bad experience jaccuzi was not working pool light was not working. When i called villa owner he was talking very rudely and he was saying i will refund your money u guys cheek out now at 10pm when i said we are came from mumbai with family now 10pm where we go then he said i don’t nkow what u will do. If u want to stay a night then u do compermise. Very rudely owner and care taker also.

Just because of your confusion we had spoil t our weekend. It was terrible. The whole day i was on the call with your customer care. Why don't you update the booking status of the villas or resort. Not once, not twice i had suffered three times. Now it's enough for me i had suffered a lot yesterday in lonavala with my family in a bad weather. And no one was letting us to check in.
